Advantages:

Близко к морю и на этом пожалуй все.

Disadvantages:

Начну с того, что это вряд ли можно назвать мини гостиницей. Скорее комната со встроенным санузлом. Душевой кабины нет, шторка и дырка чтоб вода стекала. Потолок голый, видно кирпичи. Да и все что происходит в туалете слышно наверное даже в коридоре

Advantages:

Забронировала за час до приезда. Все очень оперативно. Спали одну ночь, поэтому все в принципе понравилось. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, но сервиса, конечно, не хватает. Хочу только пожелать им дальнейшего развития и процветания. Отличное место, прямо на берегу.
