В целом квартира хорошая, уютная, хорошо расположена.

Есть проблема с водой. Очень рекомендую поставить какие-нибудь фильтры.

Здравствуйте, по поводу воды в летний сезон ее вообще не бывает, мы ее заказываем сами, наполняем емкости там стоят насосы и фильтры тоже, просто когда ее заливают осадок который был на дне поднимается надо просто пол часа подождать и пользоваться спокойно, с ТСЖ говорили просили почистить они кормят завтраками нас, а без воды оставлять дом тоже не дело.
