Advantages:

Приятные хозяева. Огромный, просторный дом, есть места для парковки нескольких машин. На кухне есть все необходимое. Кондиционеры не в каждой комнате, а по одному на этаж, но удачно расположены и мощности хватает для охлаждения комнат (регулировка температуры в комнате путем открыванием двери). Расположение удобно только если вы на машине, без машины оттуда далеко куда-либо, зато вдали от дорог. Адрес карта показывает неточно, точное местоположение дома: 42.580449, 47.847185

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие автоматики в наборе воды для дома. Несложно, но надо не забывать контролировать. Отсутствие поручней на лестнице на 2-ой этаж
