Advantages:

Уютная двухкомнатная квартира на четвертом этаже пятиэтажного дома. Лифта нет. Далековато от моря, но при наличии машины это не большая проблема. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. Нет проблем с парковкой. Во дворе есть детская площадка.
