Advantages:

Всё прекрасно) Чисто, соответствует фото, уютно. Есть всё, что необходимо для проживания, всё работает. Во дворе отличное кафе и магазинчик со всем самым необходимым. В подъезде тоже чисто и красиво, можно спокойно оставить за дверью обувь, коляску, плавательные принадлежности. Вода привозная, есть бойлер для нагрева. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, вежливый, приятный в общении. Самая первая линия, из окна видно в одну сторону море, в другую - гору Пушкин-тау. Потолки высокие. До горячего источника можно прогуляться пешком. Нам очень понравилось здесь отдыхать)) Спасибо огромное за гостеприимство)))
