Сдаём светлый и уютный дом. Расположен в 200 метров от заводского пляжа.
Внутри есть все для комфортного проживания. Пять спальных комнат. В комнатах имеются кондиционеры. Рассчитан на 10-12 человек, семьи или дружной компании. В доме имеются микроволновая печь, стиральная машина, утюг, фен, постельное бельё, полотенца, wi-fi. А также закрытый двор с навесом и не большой площадкой, есть мангал, шампура.
Дополнительным бонусом является бесплатный сероводородный горячий источник, расположенный в пяти минутах езды на машине. Источник оборудован раздевалками и разделен на мужскую и женскую половины. Уникальная горячая вода источника содержит сероводород, эффективный при радикулите, болезнях суставов, кожи, гинекологических заболеваний.
А также на территории городского пляжа, в пяти минутах езды от дома, есть аквапарк.
Дом на одни сутки не сдаётся. Для бронирования требуется предоплата. Летний период сумму уточняйте.
