До моря 500 метров. Самый чистый берег моря, в отличие от других каменистых пляжей города. Двухэтажный дом с тремя спальнями на втором этаже и большая гостиная 7×7 метров с кухней и баней на первом этаже. Во дворе большой навес 6×10 метров. Вокруг дома высокий забор. Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Рядом коньячный завод, конный клуб, кафе и магазины. При желании можно готовить еду дома, для этого есть вся необходимая посуда. Доставка еды круглосуточно. Вода постоянно. Имеется ёмкость с водой.
