Advantages:

Уютная квартира с ремонтом, с кондиционером. Чистое постельное белье. Стиральная машина.

Disadvantages:

Подача воды, в первый день не было света, не было воды пару часов. На второй день тоже не было воды под вечер, нужно было "перезагрузить" котел. Интернет так и не оплатили.
