Advantages:

Хорошая квартира, свежий ремонт, красивая мебель. На кухне в наличии любая посуда.

Disadvantages:

Горячая вода поступает через бойлер АГВ, нагревается долго, сначала шла ржавая вода. Сам котел здорово протекает (см. фото). За два дня wifi и ТВ так и не заработали. Изначально хозяин забыл про полотенца, потом по звонку принес все разные)))
