Дом находится в 100 м от моря, имеет свой двор и выход к морю, мангальную зону. На 2 этаже большая гостиная в 40 кв м совмещенная с кухонной зоной, 3 спальни: первая с двуспалкой, вторая комната с 3 отдельными кроватями, в третьей спальне двуспалка, односпалка и детская кроватка, гостиная с большим угловым диваном раскладным. Бельё постельное полотенца, посуда, микроволновка, чайник, газ плита, холодильник и необходимые для мангала принадлежности имеются.
Берег чистый, в близи нас находится город избербаш, там рынки, магазины, рестораны. В соседнем отеле имеется магазин и еда на заказ. Этаж на 8-9 человек.

Advantages:

шикарно. второй этаж . отдыхали три семьи 3+3+2 человека жили в разных комнатах. места хватило всем просторно.море рядом ,минута ходьбы и пляж сразу. хозяева доброжелательны. в доме всё есть плита , микроволновка, туалет, душ, телевизор. Всё супер. в следующем году обязательно вернёмся сюда. Спасибо за гостеприимство.
