Сдается 1 этаж дома с отдельным выходом к морю и собственным двором. Дом состоит из 4 раздельных комнат с кондиционерами, кухни, двух раздельных беседок со столом и стульями и двором. Во дворе место для отдыха. Также имеются два душа, 3 с/у, необходимая посуда, бельё, полотенца. До моря 100 метров, в соседнем отеле магазинчик и еда на вынос и на заказ. Имеется мангал и решетки для барбекю, шампура. Рестораны, магазины и рынки недалеко в избербаш в 20 мин езды, также в манасе. Разрешается с животными, если вы их будете держать во дворе (собаки), кошкам разрешается в доме находиться. Вечеринки до 11 ночи, потом просьба соблюдать тишину. Штраф за не соблюдение правил 5000.

Очень хороший дом для семьи большой. Очень близко море и пляж для детей неглубокий. Есть кухня с газом и мангал где можно приготовить шашлык. Рядом есть гостиница где можно покушать, кто не хочет готовить в отпуске
