Advantages:

Квартиру когда-то делали под себя, а не на сдачу, поэтому остались качественный ремонт и мебель, хотя следы времени на них есть. Квартира без запаха, в центре Избербаш (рядом детские площадки и парк аттракционов). У нас был бесконтактный заезд и выезд. Посуды тоже достаточно. Хорошо, что есть микроволновка, она как-то спасала без газа. В целом- рекомендую!

Disadvantages:

В идеале хорошо бы иметь хотя бы однокомфорочную электрическую плитку, т.к. в Избербаш периодически отключают газ.
