Зелёный огород, мангальная зона, центр города, парки, кафе, рестораны — всё в шаговой доступности. Удобно поехать в Дербент, Махачкалу, в горы, лес, на рыбалку, в города и села и в тот же день вернуться к морю. До аэропорта 30 мин. До ж/д и авто вокзала пять мин. Пробок в городе нет, спокойный тихий город на берегу Каспийского моря под горой Пушкин-Тау. Самые чистые и мелкие песчаные пляжи у нас, удобно, безопасно с детьми. Не подводим, гостеприимные добрые хозяева вам подскажут всё, что интересно. Фото реальные, удобное место для отдыха по приемлемой цене. Таунхаус в одном дворе, но отдельное здание, все удобства внутри, кухня во дворе под навесом, очень удобно, есть всё, чтобы вы могли сами готовить, в том числе мангальная зона, живую домашнюю птицу можно приобрести у соседей, никуда не отходя.
